The first week of January and I've managed to loose 3lbs. I'm not dieting exactly. I am eating normally but tracking everything on the Fit bit so and trying to keep my calorie intake to under 2000 on most days. I've also gone back to BMF after a break because of a bad neck. I am joining the running session as well as the bootcamp class. I haven't run really for over a year and it a shocking how hard it is when you start up again especially when you haven't been doing much exercise at all for a month. Considering entering the beginners leg of the Liverpool triathlon this year to keep me on track.
